1. Agreement to terms
By accessing NeatGlade Atelier, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Purchases
Prices are listed in USD. Taxes may apply based on your location. Access to purchased courses is generally lifetime, subject to Section 7 below.
4. Licenses and content
We grant a personal, non-transferable license to access purchased courses. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display course content without written permission.
5. Acceptable use
- No illegal activity or infringement.
- No sharing of accounts, downloads, or assessments.
- No scraping or automated collection beyond standard indexing.
6. Refunds
We offer a 14-day refund if under 20% of content is consumed and the first assignment is completed. Abuse of refunds may result in limits.
7. Course changes
We may update or retire courses to maintain quality. If retired, we provide alternative access to substantially similar material.
8. Intellectual property
All materials are owned by NeatGlade Atelier or its licensors. Trademarks, including NeatGlade Atelier, may not be used without consent.
9. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee specific outcomes; progress depends on individual effort.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid in the previous 12 months.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the services or breach of these terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence where not preempted. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation and, if needed, binding arbitration where permitted.
13. Changes to terms
We may revise these terms; material changes will be announced in-app and via email. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
